Below we will show you what the sales process actually looks like at MYMASSIV-HAUS®:
N.1 PERSONAL MEETING
As soon as your desire for your dream home becomes more concrete and perhaps you have already purchased or booked the right property, it’s time for a personal conversation. During the first appointment with your regionally responsible construction partner, you will get to know each other personally for the first time and get an impression of each other.

To create a tailor-made offer, the construction partner will ask you and your family a few questions to discover your motivation, your wishes and individual ideas for your dream home. The best thing to do is to give your construction partner as accurate a picture as possible of how you envision life in your new home and what is important to you and your family. At the same time, during a personal meeting the budget available for the construction of your house, including all additional costs, will be clarified to you. The best thing to do is to talk to your bank or savings bank in advance about possible financing conditions. When submitting your individual offer, your construction partner will take great care to ensure that available funds are not exceeded.
#2 VISIT TO A CUSTOMER’S HOME
Before a concrete offer is presented, at MYMASSIV-HAUS® it is an integral part of the sales process to visit the client’s already built house and exchange ideas with other builders. Only by communicating with other customers who have already built their dream house with the construction partner can you be sure that you can count on this partner. Only in this way, in a personal conversation with the builders, will you be able to find out, for example, how intensive the support is during the construction period, whether your construction manager is actually always available to you as an interlocutor and how other builders evaluate compliance with deadlines and the quality of the services of the craftsmen.
#3 DESIGN ORDER WITH 3D VIEW
If you know based on your personal impressions and exchanges with other builders that the construction partner deserves your trust, you can conclude a design contract with them after a joint viewing of your property for the individual planning and furnishing of your personal dream house, including a 3D visualization of the house design from the inside and outside. Of course, the costs for the design order are fully offset against the price of the house.
We do not believe in first purchasing the house and then finding the right property, as other providers claim. Nowadays properties are not so easy to find and have more and more individual characteristics. From the point of view of it is therefore more appropriate to receive an individual floor plan tailored to the real estate situation and your personal ideas only after you have found your property. The construction partner can therefore clarify all your questions about building law and thus ensure that the dream house planned on your land is actually suitable for approval.
#4 SKETCH MODEL AND QUOTE
In the next phase, the construction partner will present you with its variants of first floor plans. They are based on your wishes and ideas recorded in the initial consultation and always keep your budget in mind, i.e. the cost estimate based on the project based on the building description does not exceed your financial possibilities.
As long as the project does not yet correspond 100% to your ideas, the floor plans will be adapted to your requests for changes and, if necessary, one or more further sketching appointments will be set. Only when you are sure that the floor plan presented or the 3D model shown is exactly the house of your dreams on the property to be built, will you begin to personalize the house and create an offer tailored to your needs.
#5 PRESENTATION OF THE OFFER
The solemn moment has arrived. Your construction partner will present you and your family with an offer for your personalized dream house: designed and equipped according to your wishes and ideas, including all additional costs to meet your building budget, built turnkey stone by stone at a fixed price.
If you are still unsure about the individual additional features, the MYMASSIV-HAUS® offer means that the prices for the individual special features will of course remain unchanged beyond the date of signing the contract until the final sample of the house in the detailed discussion after the conclusion of the contract.
#6 SIGNING THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
If the offer of your construction partner meets your expectations, signing the construction contract is just a formality. Components of the construction contract are the individual floor plans created for you, the detailed 44-page building description and the personal additional building description. All individual special equipment and special requests included in the agreed fixed price are listed in detail here. With your construction partner you will also agree on an individual payment plan for the payment of your dream house based on the progress of the work.
