When we come into contact with Mother Earth through our bare feet, we discharge excess energy. This discharge can have positive effects on a cellular level.

What can grounding do?

The positive properties of Earcing on health are now scientifically proven. According to studies from the University of California and the University of Oregon, grounding can improve wound healing and immune response. Furthermore, inflammatory parameters in the blood and pain are said to have decreased significantly. Further studies have shown that grounding can have relaxing and mood-enhancing effects.
