Other plants if there is a strong odor of sweat

If odor is a problem, getting rid of the aluminum deodorizer may help. Aluminum is used in many spray deodorants to inhibit the flow of sweat and minimize odor. In recent years, however, it has become known that they are suspected of causing breast cancer or Alzheimer’s disease. If you have been using aluminum deodorant for many years, your body needs some time to adapt. You can then support it from the inside with natural plant strength. Alfalfa and/or plants that contain particularly high amounts of chlorophyll can reduce body odor. However, the study base here is very small. The experiences are based on personal observations. You can buy alfalfa in seed form and use it to grow your own sprouts, for example, or you can buy an extract. wild herbs such as dandelions, NettlePlantain and sorrel also contain a particularly high amount of chlorophyll. You can find out how to eat raw nettle in this instructional video.

More exciting wild herbs

To always keep an eye on all the wild herbs you can collect, we have our own Seasonal calendar of wild herbs (available here) developed and self-designed. Month after month you will find a colorful overview of the most important wild herbs to collect. We deliberately chose not to use a calendar when designing the calendar. Then you can use this seasonal calendar again every year. In our book “With wild herbs and medicinal plants all year round“(available here) on over 160 richly illustrated pages we show you which local wild herbs you can harvest and when. There are also tips on how to use each wild herb in the medicine cabinet and witch’s kitchen. To timely transmit knowledge to future generations, we have designed a discovery book for children: with “Ben and Mara discover the world of wild herbs“(available here) children discover child-friendly wild herbs.

Zinc for profuse sweating

Zinc-rich foods can help reduce excessive sweating. If you want to specifically eat foods containing zinc, you should eat oatmeal, nuts, pumpkin seeds, Lenses or raw cocoa. Much zinc is lost through heavy sweating. This makes it even more sensible to ensure a good supply of zinc. Of course you can also buy zinc (e.g Here with pure vitality). I pay attention to a high quality product here. Zinc piclopinate is my first choice because it is the most bioavailable and therefore the optimal amount reaches the body.

What to do if you smell a strong sweat odor?

If you sweat a lot, you sometimes smell quite unpleasant. If you don’t use natural cosmetics, you’ll notice that the smell of sweat is often still present even after a shower. Baking soda has proven to be very effective in this case. Just as I was taking a shower Baking soda Place it under your armpits because it inhibits the bacteria responsible for the unpleasant odor. If you sweat a lot, you should generally avoid spicy foods, but also coffee or alcohol. Loose clothing, preferably non-synthetic, and air-permeable shoes also help. It’s also important Reduce stress as much as possible.:
